There are SO many supportive weight loss blogs. Start one! You might occasionally get mean anons but screw them. Do what helps you! A lot of people skip breakfast or lunch or both. I find that eating breakfast not only helps your metabolism but it gives you more energy to go out and exercise all day! I always eat lunch but I usually eat a small one. If you don’t eat 3-6 small meals with lots of fruits and veggies in between then you risk slowing your metabolism down or putting your body into starvation mode.
